Admin & Reporting

The operational backbone behind every program

The work people see is human support. The work that makes it dependable is operational: configuration, access management, quality assurance, and reporting. Chaperone gives partner administrators and internal teams the controls to run programs safely and the visibility to manage them with confidence, always at appropriate, aggregate levels that protect the people being supported.

What it covers

Everything you need to operate a program, in one place

Administration in Chaperone spans configuration, the people who do the work, and the reporting that closes the loop. Each area is scoped by role, so the right people see the right things and no one sees more than they should.

Product-line configuration

Configure the programs, tools, assessments, and routing rules that make up each product line, without engineering tickets for everyday changes.

User & team management

Add Peer Coaches, supervisors, and administrators; organize them into teams; and manage onboarding and offboarding from a single console.

Entitlements & access

Control which populations and product lines each user and group can reach. Access is granted explicitly and scoped to what a role needs, never blanket-open.

Analytics & outcomes reporting

Engagement, capacity, and outcome trends presented at aggregate levels, so program owners can see what’s working without exposing individual stories.

QA & review workflows

Structured review queues, supervision sampling, and feedback loops that help teams uphold quality and coach consistency across the program.

Support operations

Tools for help requests, account and access issues, and day-to-day operational tasks, with clear ownership and a trail of what was done.

Configuration controls

Shape the program without rebuilding it

Programs change. New populations come online, routing logic gets refined, and assessments get updated. Administrators make these changes in a controlled console; every meaningful change is attributable and reversible.

  • Programs & tools: enable, sequence, and tailor what’s available to each population
  • Assessments: choose check-in cadences and the signals teams act on
  • Routing rules: define how people are matched to the right Peer Coach
  • Branding & access model: align deployment to your population and policies
  • Change history: every configuration change is logged and attributable
Role-based permissions

The right access for the right role and no more

Permissions follow the principle of least privilege. What a person can see and do is defined by their role and the populations they’re entitled to support, not by who happens to have a login.

Peer Coach

Their own conversations

Access to the people they actively support and the tools to do that work, scoped to their assignments.

Supervisor

Team quality & oversight

Visibility into their team’s work for supervision and QA, with escalation paths and review queues.

Program admin

Configuration & reporting

Configure product lines, manage users and entitlements, and view aggregate program reporting.

Support ops

Operational tasks

Resolve access and account issues through scoped tooling, without standing access to support content.

Privacy by design. Reporting and oversight are presented at appropriate, aggregate levels. Administrators manage programs and quality; they do not browse individual support conversations. Access to anything more sensitive is purpose-bound, role-gated, and logged.
Reporting & outcomes

See the program, not the person

Program owners need to know whether support is reaching people, whether teams have the capacity to meet demand, and whether engagement is translating into momentum. Chaperone answers those questions with aggregate reporting, designed so insight never comes at the cost of someone’s privacy.

  • Engagement: reach, activity, and follow-through across populations
  • Capacity: coach availability and demand, so you can staff ahead
  • Quality: QA review coverage and supervision signals
  • Outcome trends: movement on the measures your program cares about
Aggregate
Reporting is grouped, never individual
Role-scoped
Each view is bounded by entitlements
Exportable
Share-ready summaries for program reviews
Audited
Access to reports is logged for oversight
Quality & oversight

Oversight that supports good work, not surveillance

QA workflows and supervision exist to help Peer Coaches do their best work and to keep programs accountable, with clear protocols, sampling, and feedback. Oversight is purposeful and bounded; it is never about watching individuals. Intelligent guidance can flag items for review and draft summaries, but a person always makes the call.
